We no longer offer a full refund for the coaching program due to the installment plan that has been in place. In any case of a refund to be processed, it will be fully decided by the Coach. For example, if the Coach believes that a client should seek other alternatives and is not suitable for personal coaching, a full refund will be processed.

1. Online Coaching Programme
There will be no refund for the online coaching programme.
2. Guidebooks
Non-Refundable for E-Copy: Due to the digital nature of guidebooks, all sales are final. Once the guidebook has been bought, downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We accept returns and exchanges for physical copies of the guidebooks within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
3. Merchandise
- Return and Exchange Policy: We accept returns and exchanges for merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team for instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
